    Scientists first became interested in grape skin extract in the latter part of the 20th century due to an outgrowth of research about the “French paradox”. Then, the concept of vinotherapy truly launched investigations on grape skin extract.

    Bioflavonoid (quercetin, catechins, flavonols and anthocyanidins)
    Oligomeric proanthocyanidin (OPC)

    Application
    Used in pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, can be formulated into anti-vascular disease, anti-inflammatory and the role of eye care food.
    Used in cosmetics industry, can be formulated into anti-radiation activity and antioxidant activity cosmetics. Can also be used as ingredients into the functional foods.
