Active Constituents Chondroitin sulfate is a sulfated glycosaminoglycan, four types chondroitin sulfate have been identified: type A chondroitin-4-sulfate, type C chondroitin-6-sulfate, type D chondroitin-2, 6-sulfate, type E chondroitin-4, 6-sulfate.
