GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION 1- Develops domestic and international new customers; proactively approaches targeted accounts, pursues profitable opportunities, provides ongoing service and follow up (include payment and general sales management). 2- Direct contact with customers, build good long-term cooperation and keep company brand. 3- Price negotiations and contracting with the customers; receiving and dealing with incoming quality claims. 4- Launch promotion activities such as exhibitions. 5- Trading analysis; responsible for improve sales volume and competitive strength with sales team.
REQUIREMENTS 1- No gender preference; No residence preference; Bachelor degree or above 2- Minimum of 3 years proven sales management and sales experience in business negotiation; Strong communication skills and marketing development ability. 3- Good English capability (both written and spoken); CET4 or above (Japanese market requires: JLPT1) 4- Good computer capability 5- More than 5 years working experience in related industry; Independent develops new market and achieves sales targets. 6- Owning sales resources in Europe, United States or Japan is preferred. 7- Familiar with plant, extract, essential oil, Nutritional Substance, raw material or professional major backgrounds on biochemistry and medicine is necessary.
